Why Should You Practice Positive Thinking?

Nowadays everyone seems to know about a power of positive thinking but not everyone lives in this state of mind.

Have you ever met a “crazy” person somewhere in the public place who was talking to himself? To “normal” people he is out of his mind-mattering something non-stop that doesn’t make any sense. But what is difference between him and you except he allows it come out laud?

Our mind is chattering, arguing, jumping from one thought to another- there is a little sense in our inner monolog either,and this chaos is far away from positive thinking – 70 percent of our thoughts are negative-doubts, judgements and negative statements.

How our mind works

Usually our thinking comes from our sub-conscious mind – storage of thoughts forms that came from our past lives, early childhood and fixed ideas of our society. All our habits, behaviours, believe systems and personalities are shaped there. We think that that believe systems and personalities are what we really are but in fact this is a self-sabotage. This is a trick of our sub-conscious mind where all our fears, doubts, guilt, shame, unworthiness came from.

Sub-conscious mind takes everything literally-every word and image, and it likes repetitiveness. Do you want to know your believe systems? - Listen to what you say often.

If you are used to say “I work hard”, that means your believe system is “I have to work hard to earn my money” and guess what- you will never achieve an abundance with ease and grace. If you repeat often “I’m tired” then you don’t really have any energy to do something exciting and so on...

Our “dumb” sub-conscious mind takes every word literally and sends back impulses, energy as it hears it into your aura. So, you by your thoughts send out frequencies that match your statements, believe systems, feelings, and Universe rearranges itself to fit that picture of your reality. That’s how you draw to yourself people and situations that resonate with you.

...you think-you create matching vibrations-Universe brings to you situations that resonate with you. It triggers more thinking ...the more you think the more you vibrate; the more you vibrate the more situations you create... That’s how we go around circles- bringing similar situations over and over and calling it “destiny”.

What to do

Do you understand now how positive thinking can benefit you? We have to beat up our sub-conscious mind bringing into our thinking much consciousness.

1.Bring awareness into what you are thinking and saying. If you develop a habit of observing your thoughts you can reprogram your thinking process into positive thinking.

Affirmations can help you with reprogramming your mind. You as an observer can easily catch any negative thought that crosses your mind and cancel it by saying “Cancel, cancel, delete”.

Doesn’t make any sense to you? But to sub-conscious mind this statement is acknowledging that this is just thought-not you. You don’t identify yourself with this thought.

2. As soon as you have tamed your sub-conscious mind you will be aware of your Self that doesn't follow “mass consciousness” and “old programming”. That’s how you will connect to Universal Intelligence and sharpen your intuition.

3. To gain an ability to tap into Divine Intelligence, positive thinking and saying is not enough. We have to develop a state of Mind of Non-thinking.

There are four states of Mind depending on our brain wave frequencies:

- beta is a usual state of our thinking when our mind is busy with all that chattering.

- alpha and theta are states of meditation.

- delta is a state of sleeping.

Our intuitive and spiritual connections, quick manifestations come from alpha and theta–states of mind when it’s still and centered.

Positive thinking empowers you from inside-you become to feel yourself as a Master of your Destiny. The process of non-thinking extends you into infinity and you become that Master of the Creation of your Destiny.
