Simple tips to learn, easy steps to follow - Create and love your healthy body

We rarely appreciate what was given to us when we are young-a strong, healthy body are taken for granted. While we are healthy and full of energy, we overlook the most precious gift that Creator has given to us.

It happens often, we abuse our bodies by not taking proper care of ourselves- alcohol, prescription drugs, lack of appropriate amount of exercise, stress, fatigue, poor nutrition are among many factors that can cause the deterioration of our essence. As we get older our health starts to decline due to the fact, that we are simply too busy, or unaware, or simply lazy to take good care of ourselves. One day, when we look back at our “old” selves we realize that we are not in nearly as good of a physical shape now as we were back then. It becomes clear, that we have let go of ourselves and lost that gift from Creator, we have lost our health. And we might think that nothing can be done to change our present state but it is never too late to start all over again.

Where to get started from to create your healthy body?

Start right there… in your body. Opposite to the idea about a spiritual essence of your human being, that is not provable, your body is very real. Your body is right here-you can touch, feel it. Every your emotion, feeling, thought, pain (physical or emotional) reside in your body. Every physical expression of life comes through the body.

Do you remember stressful moments you have experienced? How did you feel physically? Fatigue, sore, headache, some other uncomfortable physical symptoms accompanied your negative emotions. Right? And, at the time when you experience happy moments, where do you feel that? Right in your body you can locate those pleasant sensations. Delicious food, warm, relaxing bath, exercising, and lovemaking have a response in your body. Our bodies talk to us.

Learn to listen to your body

We, actually, associate ourselves as our bodies. You don’t say, “I have a healthy body”, you say,”I'm healthy”,or ”You're fat”, “He's ugly”. At the same time, we are so disconnected from our bodies. We lost clear communication with our physical vassal. If you feel constant tiredness, your body is sending messages to you. Maybe you need some rest, or more energetic excises, or supplements, or to go to nature. In your quiet time talk to you body, ask what it needs. If you do it regularly, you will learn to recognize the signals your body sends to you.

Every emotion, positive or negative, has physical reaction in your body, because this is a chemical process. You can use it in positive way. All you have to do is tune in, listen, learn the signals and release all unbalanced energies from your body.

Easy exercises to try

1.When you experience stressful situation you have to release stuck energy from your body. Take a very deep breath, and with a forceful expulsion of air, from the diaphragm make a loud “pow” sound. You should feel ripples of energy all through your body. You will feel a great relieve…

2.At you happy moments, you can try to catch and acknowledge where exactly in your body you feel pleasant sensations. How does it sense? Next time, when you feel blue, focus on pleasurable sensationsons you had on that particular part of the body, and try to recall the feeling, associated with that- you will be surprised - it works. You can try this… make a smiling face intentionally, even if you don’t feel that smile inside, then… it will make you feel happier.

Learn to love yourself

No wonder, that a few of us have that beautiful, healthy body. We treat it so bad, and usually we so critical about ourselves. Very few people feel comfortable with their bodies. Does it sound familiar to you? –“I don’t like my nose”,” My belly is fat”, “I wish I were taller”. We put so many tags on ourselves. Our body has served us so well, and we take it for granted. Do you remember all those cuts, bruises, and broken bones? It works restlessly as a keeper of your Soul, as a shield from dangerous environment. Our neglectful attitude to our body actually tells what we really feel about ourselves – not to be good enough, powerless, poor, unworthy.

The first step to love yourself and accept yourself the way you are is to love your body, honor, and appreciate. You will never able to get beautiful, healthy body, if you don’t think you deserve it. You must understand that through your physical body you emotional, intellectual, and spiritual Selves express themselves. Connect to your body first and learn appreciate it, after all, it keeps you alive.
