What happiness is and how to make it works for you

We are all trying to pursue happiness, dreaming that one day a million dollars jack-pot hits us and then…happiness will catch us. Have you ever honestly asked yourself what you really need to be happy?

In our world, with limitless sources and things to get pleasure and places to entertain ourselves, our life still seems to be boring.

How often you wake up in the morning feeling not to be too excited about another day with a lot of responsibilities that have become your burdens?

How to break up the circle of our daily routing that does not bring any inspiration, purpose, excitement? We are trying to create the meaning for ourselves by getting education, bigger houses, getting another job, making more money. We entertain ourselves with vacations, shopping, parting, and new “toys”. Do all of these activities make us feel fulfilled?

We long for being happy…and look for more pleasure in the outer world. We crave for freedom …but collect more assets. Money gives us temporary satisfaction, relationships don’t meet our expectations and vacations bring brief relaxation. Sadly to say, we almost forgot how love feels. Can you recall the strongest feelings you have had? Let me guess … anger. Real happiness slipping away and too often we throw ourselves into the work… to escape ourselves, to create the big meaning of the life.

Interestingly, we accept this way of existence as our reality with constant struggle for success, money through hard work, outdated commitments, responsibilities, and obligations. Everyday survival has become our natural state of being. Have I pictured too sad reality? Sure, some people are quite satisfied with their life…

… but what I mean, a real, deep feeling of fulfillment, peace and joy, not just the moments of excitement, pleasure and comfort.

Why we don’t know what to do with our lives? What can bring us an excitement, joy, bliss of a small child? Can anybody tell how to catch this mysterious state of being and befriend it with our lives?

I am not a teacher here. I am a student of the University of Life, like you and everyone. I believe that every person is a teacher and a student for oneself. Nobody knows you better than you do. Your desires, passion, talents are different from others.

Here I am talking my truth, offering my findings, sharing my personal experience and other people perspectives that resonate with me. I leave it for you, you can take what feels true to you, integrate into your life, maybe, even stretch beyond your beliefs and limitations, or maybe, you can find inspiration here to create your life anew with joy and love.

I believe, you came here for reason – you are ready, or almost ready to freed yourself from our fixed World, to live your life in its full, to take control of your own life.

  • The journey towards your happiness is not always easy. You need determination within you; your desire for change must be strong enough to release everything that doesn’t serve your highest potential (which will also be for the highest good of others around you). You have to be willing to accept gracefully all the challengers and opportunities you will face, and understand, that everything are placed before you for your growth.

    Please realize, this is a gradual process, you need to take one step at a time; you might go forth and back; you might feel making one step forward and two steps back- that is all right- you are on your own race.

    Are you ready to climb the Sky? Then here are the steps...

    1. Decide for yourself, that you want changes. Carry this awareness, live with this until it is grown enough to take the next step. Make an intention that you are going to change.
    2. Write down your thought for clarity: what you don’t like, what you would like to have, to be- unwritten words are just dreams, written ones- goals.
    3. Reexamine your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and your reactions to people, events.
    4. Forgive yourself and others, heal your emotions.
    5. Let go of the past, make plans for the future, and focus on the present.
    6. Find your way to communicate with your angels, guards, Highest Self; ask them for help.
